Crockpot Peanut Chicken

This super simple recipe is packed full of flavor.


INGREDIENTS:
3-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1/8 tsp. pepper

PREPARATION:Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles.
